Structure

& this machine is made up of bedplate, cutting system, worktable, and control box four parts

& the frame is made up of plinth, pillar, slip lid, bar screw, screw, beam, up-down drive etc.

& the cutting system is made up of cutting frame, grinding wheel and its drive set, knife jaw, angle adjusting device, protection driver and so on.

& the worktable is made up of platform, slide wheel, slide way, carrier, Platform driver, buffer etc.

Work principle

Put the foam on the platform, the drive motor after triangle strap, gearing down by worm reduction gear move the wheel gear under the rail, with the platform moving back and forth on the slide rail through wheel .On the two sides of the guide rail setting the travel switch that has the adjustable position function, make the platform within the scope of schedule of the parallelism moving, attaining the purpose that parallelism sending foam to incise.
