All the machines are driven by the remarkable D&T Profiler software,
which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to
obtain the best yield from the foam block.

Hot Wire Contour Cutter has perfect safe system to provide the accident.

It includes: All Motor will stop when the safety door be opened;
Exigency button on both machine and control box for accident;
brake system when cutting line broken.

1. Two/three-dimensional CNC cutting machine connected by specialized fastenings
creates stable performance and precise cutting.
2. Equipped with stepping motor,
suits to cut the specially designed figures with requirement of adjustable speeds.
The cutting precision can be 0.5mm.
