Description:

The machine uses several high precision gapless transmission agent.

hammer, which can make the cutter frame torque stable up
and down inertialess and freely. The control
system is used of digital control system.
It uses two stepper motors which improve the efficiency and
precision in additioned HengSheng digital control foaming
cutting machine control system is equipped
with transducer which can up and down adjust the speed
according to the foaming precision to perfect the
quality. The surface is flat, markless and good quality feeling.

- Controled by Windows, could be added some drawing programs, or draw by AutoCad,
easy operation.
- Drive by high accuracy AC servo motor for accurate and smooth pattern cutting and high efficiency.
- Using wire cutter can take infinitude of minimum cutting circle, and it is cheap and easy to change.
