Operators first secure mesh cloth onto shaped EPS pieces before using the system to apply the cement layer.

Arranged in a T-shaped configuration, the system is compact and integrates an automated wet powder mixer that feeds emulsion and water into the mixing tank based on predefined weight ratios. Once mixed for a set time, the slurry is automatically released from the tank into a storage barrel. After additional mixing, an operator-operated valve dispenses the mixture onto the conveyor, which carries it to the grouting machine for EPS coating.
