The system comprises a cement mortar mixer, a conveyor, and a main coating unit. The process begins by attaching mesh cloth to pre-cut EPS shapes, after which the machine applies the cement coating.

The system is arranged in a T-shaped layout for compactness. An automatic slurry mixer accurately proportions emulsion and water by weight, automatically supplying them to the mixing tank. After blending for a preset duration, the mixture is discharged through a bottom outlet into a storage barrel. Following additional stirring, a manual valve is opened to release the mixture onto the conveyor belt, which transports it to the coating machine for application onto the EPS components.
